The will of James Berry, farmer of Rivière au Pins, County of Quebec, Dominion of Canada. I give, devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal to my wife Mary Ann Berry [Hicks] and I appoint my wife Mary Ann Berry Executrix of this my will. Signed and acknowledged this first day of February one thousand nine hundred and six.
