On this twenty seventh day of July one thousand nine hundred and five, before me Cyrille Renaud, Public Notary, residing in the Parish of St. Ambroise of Jeune Lorette, undersigned, personally appeared Michael Fogarty, Farmer, residing in the Parish of St. Catherine of Portneuf, who being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding hath requested me the said Notary to write down and receive in due form of law his last will and testament which he has declared in manner and form following, that is to say:

1º I desire that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as possible after my death.

2º I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Mulroney all my moveable and immoveable properties wherever the same may be found and to whatever the same shall amount hereby constituting my said wife my universal legatee.

3º I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife Mary Mulroney as Executrix of this my last will and testament.

4º I revoke all wills I may have heretofore made and I declare the present to be my only true last will and testament.

Done and passed at Ste. Catherine in the residence of said Testator under Notarial Number three thousand and thirty five. And after the reading of the said will by the Notary to the Testator in presence of Thomas King and Thomas McCarthy, Farmers, both of the Parish of Ste. Catherine, witnesses, requested for these presents, the Testator having declared his inability to sign his name by sickness has made his mark in presence of Notary and witnesses and the Notary and witnesses have signed in presence of the Testator and in presence of each other.

Twelve words scratched are void.
