I, Margaret McKee, wife of James Jamieson, of the Township of Stoneham, being of sound mind but weak in body, and feeling that my end may be approaching, declare the following to be my last Will and Testament.
And, I hereby give and bequeath unto my said husband, the said James Jamieson, of Stoneham, to enjoy & to use as he may deem best, all my property real and personal, moveable and immoveable, of all claims, which I may now or at the time of my decease be possessed of by virtue of my marriage, with the said James Jamieson aforesaid or by any other right in any property whatsoever whether real or personal, moveable or immoveable. The whole without reservation of any kind.
And I hereby attest & seal this my will, prepared at my special desire & at my own request, by affixing thereto my signature in presence of the undersigned witnesses, this twenty second day of August in the year of our Lord (1881) one thousand eight hundred & eighty one, at my domicile in Stoneham, aforesaid, City of Quebec, Province of Quebec, Canada
