At a meeting of the Commissioners

Present

Mr. Ryland in the Chair

Mr. Stewart

Mr. Smith

Mr. Fay

The Board took up a Petition from James Alone for a concession of lot No. 9 in the first concession of Valcartier on which he has made improvements and to which Patrick O’Mara  has relinquished all claim ordered that a deed of concession be prepared in favour of James Alone accordingly.

Note by Patricia Balkcom:  I believe this James Alone is possibly James McGlone.
