The Board pronounced to consider the under mentioned applications for concessions in the Seigniory of St. Gabriel –

On the petition of Jasper Brewer ordered that he obtain a Concession of Lot. No. 24 in the Second Concession of River aux Pines and Lot #24 in the First Concession on the SE side of the River

On the petition of Robert Goodfellow, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 25 in the same Concession

On the petition of Wm. Goodfellow, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 26 in the same Concession

On the petition of Richard Ward, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 27 in the same Concession

On the petition of Curtis Billing, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 28 in the same Concession

On the petition of N.(?) Abraham, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 29 in the same Concession

On the petition of  Thomas Lavallee, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 30 in the same Concession

On the petition of Joseph Shea, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 23 in the First Concession on the south side of the River Aux Pines

On the petition of Alex Badenock, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 20 in the Second Concession

On the petition of Joshua Sutcliff, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 19 in the Second Concession

On the petition of Thomas Saskin, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 22 in the First Range south side of the River aux Pines

On the petition of James Norris, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 21 in the First Range south side of the River aux Pines

On the petition of Edward Sweeney, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 15 in the Second Concession

On the petition of John Sullivan, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 14 in the Second Concession

On the petition of Francis Arnett, ordered that he obtain Lot No. 13 in the Second Concession.

Ordered that the agent be furnished with the Proces Verbal and of survey  delivered into the commissioners office by W. ? Ecuyer and that upon the application of the aforementioned individuals he be authorized to deliver to each respectively the Proces Verbal of the Lot to be conceded to him requiring payment of 10L. for each Proces Verbal and that the applicants be informed that it is expected they will within one month take up their Deeds of Concession from the Notary Campbell and proceed to make immediate improvements as therein stipulated.
