Catherine de Fossambault, Farmer, and in my office situate in the Victoria Chambers in the Lower Town of the City of Quebec, I the undersigned Notary duly commissioned and sworn and residing at the city of Quebec in the Province of Quebec did in the presence of John Fraser of the City of Quebec, Esquire Notary, write down and receive his last will and testament which he made and dictated in manner and form following, that is to say: I will and direct that all my just and funeral expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as possible after my decease. I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mary Mulroney, the whole of my property moveable and immoveable real and personal which I may die possessed of without any exception whatsoever to have and to hold the same after my decease in full and absolute property, hereby declaring the present to be my only true last will and testament. It was thus made, dictated and named by the said Testator unto me the said Notary in the presence of my colleague Notary the present will having been read to the said Michael Fogarty in the presence aforesaid, the said Michael Fogarty declared to have perfectly heard and understood the same and persisted therein declaring that it contained entirely his last will and testament. Done and executed at the said City of Quebec in the office of Charles H. Andrews one of the undersigned Notaries on the day and year first above written under the number one thousand six hundred and sixty four, the said Michael Fogarty having signed these presents first duly read at aforesaid. Done and passed at Ste. Catherine in the residence of said Testator under Notarial Number three thousand and thirty five. And after the reading of the said will by the Notary to the Testator in presence of Thomas King and Thomas McCarthy, Farmers, both of the Parish of Ste. Catherine, witnesses, requested for these presents, the Testator having declared his inability to sign his name by sickness has made his mark in presence of Notary and witnesses and the Notary and witnesses have signed in presence of the Testator and in presence of each other.
