Neilson, male, white, married, born 15 June 1917 in Wisconsin, aged 41 years, died at the Tucson Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona on September 2, 1958 at 8:30pm. His address was 1213 N. Arcadia Blvd. and he had live in Tucson and Arizona for 7 years. His wife's name is Heleine and he worked at the Neilson Wheel Company. He was in the Armed Forces during WW2. His father was Walter R. Neilson, born Wisconsin and mother was Genevieve Proctor, born Iowa. The informant was his wife. Cause of death was acute coronary thrombosis due to coronary sclerosis. He lived about 1 hour after onset. He had another coronary thrombosis in 1950 (difficult to read the last number). He was buried at Grantwood Memorial Park in Tucson on 5th of September 1958.2

I, the undersigned Edmund Landers, Farmer, of St. Catherine, do hereby make my last will as follows:

After payment of my funeral and burial expenses, of my debts and of an anniversary service for the repose of my soul, I give all which I will die possessed of to my son Edmund Landers, which I appoint my universal legatee and my Testamentary Executor.

And I have signed at St. Catherine, in the County of Portneuf. on this July the 2nd day of July in the year one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, in the presence of the undersigned witnesses.

The said Edmund Landers, Senior, acknowledged the above to be his true last will which he has signed in the presence of us witnesses, who have also signed in the presence of one another and in the presence of the Testator and at his request, on this July the 2nd day of July nineteen hundred and fifteen, at St. Catherine, County of Portneuf.

On this sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty one, before me Cyrille Renaud, Notary, residing at Loretteville, undersigned, personally came and appeared Edmund Landers, farmer, residing in the parish of Ste. Catherine, farmer, who being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding hath requested us the said Notary to write down and receive in due form of law his last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say:

1º I most willingly resign my soul into the hands of Almighty God, my Creator, in the humble hope that he will receive it to his favor through the sole merits & intercession of Jesus Christ my Saviour.

2º I desire that all funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my Executor hereinafter named as soon as possible after my death.

3º I leave & bequeath by equal shares, share & share alike, all the money deposited in the Bank, unto my nephew Peter Powell & my niece Mary Ellen Powell, children of John Powell and my sister Mary Landers.

4º I give and bequeath to my said nephew, Peter Powell, my land and the remainder of my properties. The money in the Bank shall be divided as aforesaid after the payment of my funeral expenses for services, masses & other expenses.

5º I nominate, constitute and appoint the said Peter Powell as Executor of this my will and testament.

6º I revoke all wills and codicils I may have heretofore made & I declare the present to be my only true last will and testament.

Done and executed at Ste. Catherine in the residence of John Powell under notarial number eight thousand seven hundred and thirty four.

After the reading of the present will unto the Testator in the presence of Joseph Griffin & James Thompson, both farmers, residing in the Parish of Ste. Catherine, by the said Notary, the Testator, the Notary and witnesses have signed in the presence of each other.
