I will and direct that all my just debts be fully paid and satisfied by my Executrix hereinafter named. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Maher all and every the property real and personal, moveable and immoveable without any exception or reserve which I may die possessed of hereafter instituting her my said wife my universal legatee. And I do hereby appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my present last will and testament, revoking all former wills and codicils at any time heretofore by me made.
