Death*8 June 1897United States; There are discrepencies as to the day of death. The funeral records state it was on June 8th (aged 41 years) in Pennsylvania. Funeral from 1404 12th St., Philadelphia (this is the address in Emily Cassin's Will - his mother). However, there is a record from New Castle, Delaware that states John Cassin, aged 41, widowed, living at 807 Washington, employee of mint, died of Congestion of the brain on the 7th of June.4,2
