Patrick Cassin residing at Loretteville, who being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding hath requested me to said notary to write down and received in due for of law his last will and testament which he has declared in manner and form following that is to say. I desire that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as possible after my death by my testamentary executrix herein after named. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Ann Hornby all my moveable and immoveable properties whatsoever wherever the same may be found and to whatever the same shall amount hereby constituting my said wife my universal legatee and the executrix of this last will and testament, and I revoke all will I may have heretofore made and I declared the present to be my only true last will and testament.
