Secondly, I give and bequeath all my moveable and immoveable properties wherever the same may be found and to whatever the same shall amount to my wife Julia McLaughlin that I constitute my universal legatee. Thirdly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife Julia McLaughlin as Executrix of this my will and testament. Fourthly, I revoke all will and testament I may have heretofore made and I declare the present to be my only true last will and testament. Done & passed at Valcartier at the residence of said Testator under Notarial Number three thousand four hundred and forty nine. And after the reading of the present will to the Testator by the said Notary in presence of John McLaughlin and Joseph Griffin, both of the Parish of St. Gabriel of Valcartier, witnesses requested for the effects of the present will, the Testator having declared his inability to sign his name has made his mark in presence of the Notary and witnesses and the Notary and witnesses have signed in presence of the Testator and in the presence of each other.
