Haney and Thomas Cassin each in the sum of thirty pounds sterling money of Great Britain and the said William Corrigan and James Donohoo each in the sum of thirty pounds sterling money aforesaid each to be respectively made and levied of their several goods and chattels, lands and tenements to the use of o9ur said Sovereign Lord the King, His Heirs and Successors if the said H. Haney and Thomas Cassin shall fail in performing the conditions herein underwritten. The conditions of this Recognizance is such that if the above named H. Haney and Thomas Cassin shall personally appear at the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the said District of Quebec to be begun and holden in the City of Quebec on the (left blank) day of (left blank) next and from day to day during the said Session to do and receive what shall then and there be enjoined by the Court without ??? shall not depart from the Court and in the meantime shall keep the Peace and be of good behavior towards our Sovereign Lord the King and all and every the ??? people of our Sovereign Lord the Kind and more especially towards James Ryder, Shoemaker, Val Cartier in the said District of Quebec then that the present Recognizance shall be null and void but otherwise shall be and remain in full force and virtue.
