Last Will of Edmund Landers

I, the undersigned Edmund Landers, Farmer, of St. Catherine, do hereby make my last will as follows:

After payment of my funeral and burial expenses, of my debts and of an anniversary service for the repose of my soul, I give all which I will die possessed of to my son Edmund Landers, which I appoint my universal legatee and my Testamentary Executor.

And I have signed at St. Catherine, in the County of Portneuf. on this July the 2nd day of July in the year one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, in the presence of the undersigned witnesses.

The said Edmund Landers, Senior, acknowledged the above to be his true last will which he has signed in the presence of us witnesses, who have also signed in the presence of one another and in the presence of the Testator and at his request, on this July the 2nd day of July nineteen hundred and fifteen, at St. Catherine, County of Portneuf.

NOTE: Edmund Landers, Sr., died 9 December 1915 and was buried in Ste-Catherine 11 December 1915. 87 years old. His son Edmund Landers, Jr., died single on 9 October 1921 and was buried in Ste-Catherine 11 October 1921. 59 years old
