The Board entered upon the consideration of the certificates which have been furnished in consequence of the Public Notification put forth by order of the Board in the Quebec Gazette of the 10th August last.

Resolved that deeds of concession be granted to the undermentioned individuals of the lots of land in the Seigneury of St. Gabriel set opposite to their names list.

James Abraham lot No. 5 in the Fourth Range of Concessions.

Joseph Abraham lot No. 6 in the Fourth Range of Concessions.

Nicholas Abraham Senior lot No. 7 in the Fourth Range of Concessions.

John Abraham lot No. 8 in the Fourth Range of Concessions.

Thomas Abraham lot No. 9 in the Fourth Range of Concessions.

William Bethel Senior lot No. 3 in the Fourth Range of Concessions.

William Bethel Junior lot No. 10 in the Fourth Range of Concessions.

William Corrigan lot No. 8 in the Fifth Range.

Peter Davey (?) lot No. 3 in the Fifth Range.

Peter Guinan lot No. 12 in the Fifth Range.

John McCarty (McCartney) lot No. 16 in the Fifth Range.

Joseph Wolff, the Lot heretofore ordered for him.

Ordered that the Procurator to be furnished with the Process Verbal of Survey delivered into the Commissioner’s Office by (?) after the execution of the survey made by him in the Seigniory of St. Gabriel and that upon the application of the aforementioned individuals he be authorized to deliver to each respectively the Process Verbal of the Lot to be conceded to him, requiring payment of 10 pounds(?) for each Process verbal so delivered.  And as an expense has been incurred in forming a Road upon the line of separation between the First and Second Ranges of Concessions in the said Seigniory, it was further ordered, that the Procurator be authorized to demand and receive from each individual, set down in the aforegoing list for Concession in the First Range, the sum of 18/9 in addition to the 10 to be demanded upon delivery of the Process Verbal.

Ordered that Wm. Campbell, the Notary employed by the Board be furnished with the Names of the Individuals to whom Concessions are to be made, together with a sufficient Number of printed Forms of the Deed of Concession adopted by the Board to be filled up by him agreeably to the Process Verbal delivered in by the Surveyor.
